Katharine offers her clients over 13 years experience as a real estate professional, including single family residential sales, condominiums, vacant land and income/investment property.
As an experienced property manager/investor, it was a natural move into becoming a Realtor; having owned and managed 60 rental units together with her husband, Michael.
Katharine first was licensed in 2001; a Vermont broker since 2005 and licensed in Florida, 2007.
Katharine came to Florida to visit friends and fell in love with all the Gulf coast had to offer. Loving an active outdoor lifestyle, she has found paradise in the Gulf coast of Florida’s natural beauty, waterways, weather and its abundant cultural opportunities.
Now an active Florida realtor, Katharine understands the needs of families and the desires of second home, or retirement buyers.
Have you had trouble getting people to respond to you? Katharine prides herself on returning all communications quickly. She believes quick and clear communication is critical to any successful transaction, whether you are a first time buyer, seller or seasoned investor.
Born in Columbus, Ohio, she attended college in Michigan and Vermont; lived as an adult in Paris, Ontario; Huntington, West Virginia; and for over 25 years, Burlington, Vermont. There she met and married Michael Pepper, from Great Neck, New York. She now lives in North West Bradenton, enjoying the best of all worlds...at least in Katharine’s opinion.
